of Use.

• "Service" — The Unrean web application, APIs, and related tools available at unrean.ai.
• "Account" — The user account created to access the Service, whether via email/password or Google Sign-In.
• "Content" — Floor plans, boundary files, annotations, exports and any other data you create, upload or generate using the Service.
• "Subscription" — A paid or free-tier access plan as described on the pricing page.
• "You" — The individual or legal entity accessing the Service and agreeing to these Terms.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
• You may create an account using an email address and password, or by authorising Unrean through Google OAuth. When you use Google Sign-In, you authorise us to access your Google profile information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not create more than one free-tier account per person or organisation. Duplicate accounts may be merged or removed.
• You may not share account credentials between multiple individuals. Each user requires their own seat under a paid plan.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to generate plans for structures intended to circumvent building codes, safety regulations or legal restrictions in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract the machine learning models underlying the plan generator.
• Use automated scripts, bots or scrapers to access the Service at a rate that impairs its operation for other users.
• Upload or process data belonging to third parties without their consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or project data.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without a written enterprise agreement with Unrean.
• Use the Service to create designs for illegal structures, or upload content that is fraudulent, defamatory or violates third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions, without prior notice in cases of serious breach.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all Content you create, upload or generate using the Service. Unrean claims no ownership over your floor plans, boundary files or project data.

By using the Service, you grant Unrean a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This licence terminates when you delete the content or close your account.

Mandatory layout access & model improvement: By creating an account and using the Service, you grant Unrean and its authorised administrators ongoing read-only access to your saved layouts, generated plans and project data for quality review, support, diagnostics and improvement of the plan generator, including machine-learning model training. This access is a mandatory condition of using the Service and cannot be disabled while your account remains active. If you do not wish to grant this access, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

Our Platform: The Unrean platform, including the plan generator, UI, algorithms, and all underlying software, is owned by Unrean Architecture and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works of the platform itself.

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, processed securely through PayFast. Prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from Account Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for mid-period cancellations.
• We may update pricing with 30 days' notice by email. If you do not cancel before the new price takes effect, you accept the new pricing.
• If a payment fails, we will retry for 7 days before downgrading your account to the free tier. Project data is preserved for 30 days on the free tier after downgrade.

We aim to maintain at least 99.5% monthly uptime for paid plans, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance at status.unrean.ai.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of the Service with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 90 days' notice before discontinuing the Service entirely, during which time you may export all your project data.

The Service is provided "as is." While we take care to ensure accuracy, floor plans generated by Unrean are design aids and must be reviewed by a qualified architect or engineer before use in a planning application or construction project.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Unrean is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss or project delays.
• Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amount you paid to Unrean in that period (or €100 for free-tier users).
• We are not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in generated plans when used without qualified professional review.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

By you: You may close your account at any time from Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Upon deletion, your personal data and project files are purged within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by law.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for serious breaches of these Terms (§ T3), or with 30 days' notice for any other reason. If we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid subscription fees pro-rata.

On termination, the licences granted to Unrean under § T4 expire. You remain responsible for any outstanding payments.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

• Entire agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Unrean regarding the Service.
• Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Waiver — Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.
• Assignment — You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity in connection with a merger or acquisition.
• Changes — We may update these Terms at any time with 14 days' notice by email and in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

This policy applies to all paid subscription plans (Solo Architect, Studio) purchased through Unrean and billed via PayFast. It does not cover the free tier, which carries no charge and therefore no refund.

You are entitled to a full refund if any of the following apply, provided you contact us within 14 days of the charge:

• Duplicate or erroneous charge — you were billed twice for the same period, or charged the wrong amount.
• Unauthorised charge — the payment was not made by you or with your authorisation.
• Service fault — a verified technical fault on our side prevented you from using the AI floor plan generator for a material part of the billing period.
• First-time subscription, unused — this is your first paid subscription and you have not generated, exported or saved any project beyond the free-tier limits.

Refunds are not issued for:

• Mid-cycle cancellations — you keep access until the end of the billing period you already paid for, but the unused portion is not refunded.
• Change of mind after substantial use of a paid plan (multiple generations, exports or saved projects within the billing period).
• Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of the Terms of Service (§ T3 / § T8).
• Renewal charges where the subscription was not cancelled before the renewal date, except where § R2 applies.

Email [email protected] with your account email, the PayFast payment reference (m_payment_id from your receipt) and the reason for the request. We aim to confirm eligibility within 2 business days.

Cancelling your subscription stops future billing — it does not, by itself, refund the current period. Cancel any time from Account Settings → Billing; your plan remains active until the end of the period you already paid for, then downgrades to the free tier automatically.

Unrean is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform accessed entirely through your web browser at unrean.ai. We do not manufacture, package or ship any physical product. Every deliverable — floor plans, exports, account upgrades — is digital and delivered electronically.

When you complete a payment through PayFast, PayFast confirms the transaction to our servers automatically (server-to-server notification). Your account is upgraded to the paid plan immediately on confirmation — typically within seconds, and almost always under 5 minutes.

• No further action is required from you once payment is confirmed; the new plan is reflected in Account Settings → Billing.
• If your account has not been upgraded within 30 minutes of a successful payment, contact [email protected] with your PayFast payment reference and we will resolve it manually, typically within 1 business day.

Floor plans you generate are rendered and saved to your account inside the AI floor plan generator in real time. Exports (.dxf, .pdf, .json) are generated on demand and downloaded directly to your device through your browser — there is no postal or courier delivery step, and no separate "shipping fee" of any kind applies to any plan.

The AI floor plan generator is available worldwide, 24/7, subject to the uptime commitments and maintenance windows described in our Terms of Service (§ T6). Because delivery is electronic, there are no geographic shipping restrictions, customs delays or delivery zones — anyone with an internet connection can access their account and exports the moment they're generated.

If anything related to delivery of the service goes wrong — payment confirmed but plan not upgraded, exports failing to generate, account access issues — our technical support team replies within 24 hours on business days, with most billing-related issues resolved same-day.
